What’s the difference between a regular wash and this package?This is a deep-clean detail including decontamination (tar and fallout removal), 2-stage polish, and ceramic coating for long-term protection and gloss.

How long does the ceramic coating last?The Gtechniq ceramic we use offers up to 2 years of paint protection and gloss, depending on maintenance.

Is this safe for all car types and paint colours?Yes – our process works on all vehicle types and colours, including matte and metallic finishes.

Are the wheels and glass included?Wheels are deep cleaned and dressed. Glass is cleaned but not ceramic coated unless requested separately.

Is the engine bay included?Not in this promo – but we can add an engine bay clean for an additional fee.

What’s the difference between this and the Galaxy Glow Pack?The Starter Kit includes 400 stars (instead of 600) and uses LED strips (instead of full ambient kits). It’s a simpler setup, but still delivers a beautiful custom look.

Are the LED strips permanent or removable?The LED strips are fitted securely, but can be removed cleanly if needed. They don’t damage trim or materials.

Does this kit still come with phone control?Yes – full app control is included with colour changes, fade settings, and on/off control.

Can I choose where the stars go on my ceiling?Yes – the 600 fibre optic stars are fully customisable. We’ll work with your roof shape and design preference to create a custom layout.
